Receive Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $125. Free shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.

Where We Ship
United States (48 contiguous United States)
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $12.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use USPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 for each item in the order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS and arrive within 7 business days.
US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 for each item in the order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Please Note:
Due to shipping regulations, perfumes and lotions can only be shipped UPS ground to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship perfumes and lotions to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, military bases and Canada.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together.
Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO OUR POLICY BELOW.
One-time item price adjustments will be honored if we are notified within 10 days of order shipment date. Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

RETURNS
You can return unopened items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to address listed below.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please call 404.266.0531.

EXCHANGES
You can return unused items within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
