What it is

How to use
Apply a small amount with a dry cotton pad to face, neck and and around the eyes. Add water and cleanse thoroughly to transform into a milky cleanser. Rinse with warm water. Close eyes and spread over lashes to dissolve mascara. Emulsify by adding warm water, then rinse thoroughly. This cleanser can be used alone or as a pre-cleanse before other cleansers.
 
Ingredients
Safflower seed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, PEG 40 sorbitan peroleate, vitamin E, Roman chamomile essential oil, lavender essential oil, rosemary. Keep out of reach of children. Remove contact lenses before using cleanser on eye makeup.
